Job Summary:

The

Senior Fashion Designer

is responsible for creating stylish and appealing clothing collections that match the brand's image and current fashion trends. This role includes designing, choosing fabrics, preparing design specifications, and working closely with suppliers, production, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality final products.

Job Scope

Create design sketches, mood boards, and seasonal concepts. Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles to develop new ideas. Prepare detailed

tech packs

with design specifications, trims, and measurements. Source suitable fabrics, materials, and accessories for each collection. Oversee

sample making

, check fittings, and suggest improvements. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure designs are produced correctly and on time.

Experienced in pattern making

- able to create or review patterns to ensure proper fit and garment structure. Coordinate with the

production team

to maintain quality and accuracy of finished products. Support

marketing and branding

by providing design visuals and artwork for campaigns. Make sure all designs reflect the brand's look, quality, and commercial goals. Keep updated with new fashion trends and bring fresh ideas to collections.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in

Fashion Design

or a related field. Minimum

2 - 3 years of experience

in fashion design, from concept to production. Strong creativity with good sense of

color, fabric, and pattern coordination

. Skilled in

pattern making

and garment fitting. Able to think critically, solve problems, and make sound design decisions. Able to work

under pressure

and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
