Local Unit & Position Description

The Senior F&B Auditor is a techno-commercial role responsible for achieving growth through innovation, strategizing, leading the delivery of projects, ensuring service excellence for clients and playing an important role in development of others within the team. You help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment to international and local standards. You will get the opportunity to lead and develop our work on a wide range of Food and Beverage services from various food and feed auditing and training services.

You will be expected to lead the growth of our business through audit delivery, including a range of other services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:

• Supporting the sales team through technical advice and guidance on the schemes qualified.
• Training and capacity building services.
• Conducting 2nd and 3rd party audits for various food safety management schemes.
• Support Innovation and Marketing of DNV products in SEA.
• Key customer management with focus on growth through innovation.
• Stakeholder engagement.

You will be expected to help to grow our business through the following activities:

• Innovating by understanding ever changing client needs, proactively seeking to identify customer needs, developing tailored solutions by offering DNV services to them.
• Leading projects, ensuring they are executed to clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations, on time, on budget and to DNV quality standards and food schemes requirements.
• Leading and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders;Introducing services from your own/existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Food Science or Technology or Academic qualifications relevant to food and beverage subject areas.
• Preferably qualified auditor with 3rd party audit experience in food safety management system such as MS1480, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and other relevant food or/and feed schemes.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Proven team player and consistently deliver service excellence.
• Ability to work in an international team, delivering reports timely.
• Ability to lead multiple audit jobs in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines.
• Willingness to travel and work around SEA and other locations.
