A cafe and coffee business with multiple locations across Malaysia is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive (F&B) to join their growing team. You will be based at the Sunway area, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

About the Senior Marketing Executive (F&B) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in building the brand equity and channel performance in dine in, delivery and take away in order to drive sustainable and profitable sales and transaction growth for the company by driving short and long-term profitable sales and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and implement strategic marketing partnership/campaign plans (online and offline) with the objective of getting brand awareness and improve outlet sales
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market trends
• Take charge of all partnerships, collaborations, on ground events, campaigns and promos (communicate with internal and external team)
• Analyse performance of ongoing campaigns and provide insights on how the campaign can improved to achieve a better result
• Develop post-promotion and campaign anaylsis/post-mortem report
• Take charge and plan out collaterals needed for campaigns
• Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of marketing mix.

Key Requirements:

• Solid relevant F&B marketing experience
• Has initiative, self-discipline and is results-oriented. Presentation skills and analytic skills
• Experience in online and offline marketing, key account management
