Position: Senior Finance/ Accounts Executive



Location:

Subang Jaya (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and overall performance. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance reports. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Ensure timely payment processing and receivables collection. Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with local regulations. Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors when required. Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Associate Degree holders may also be considered. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software. Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken). Strong understanding of accounting systems and processes. Disciplined, responsible, patient, trustworthy, and pleasant in personality. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proactive, motivated, adaptable, and highly organized with strong attention to detail. Time-sensitive and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Mandarin and English fluency is mandatory.


Remuneration Package:



Basic Salary:

RM6,000 - RM7,000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS Performance-based annual bonus Outpatient medical claim

Working Hours:



Monday - Friday:

10:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday:

10:00am - 3:00pm (half day)

Hybrid Work Arrangement:



3 days work-from-home and 3 days in-office (subject to job scope and management approval). Mandatory in-office days:

Tuesday to Thursday

. On other days, remote work is allowed unless required to attend meetings at the office by the reporting manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
