And our global opportunities are endless for you to grow and get recognized for your passion to perform.We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office.Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Driving Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly forecast plans with businesses and reporting\xc2\xb7 Driving the development of the Annual Operating Plan across the business lines\xc2\xb7 Putting the execution plan in place and highlighting the risks\xc2\xb7 Understand pricing and margin drivers and partner with business leaders/respective finance leads to find opportunities\xc2\xb7 Develop detailed financial models and provide business leaders with a \xe2\x80\x9cWhat If\xe2\x80\x9d analysis and recommendations.\xc2\xb7 Understanding Working Capital, Past Due challenges and driving progress with the sales team\xc2\xb7 Identify commercial risks and able to make detailed deep dive reviews with respective team\xc2\xb7 Drive month/quarter close\xc2\xb7 Variance analysis and reporting\xc2\xb7 Drive compliance\xc2\xb7 Assist audits\xc2\xb7 Enhance internal controls\xc2\xb7 Maintain process documentationKey Experience & Capabilities:\xc2\xb7 Experience finance professional\xc2\xb7 Qualified accountant\xc2\xb7 Good on tools like Excel and Powerpoint; Able to work with high volume of numbers\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on working on ERPs like SAP\xc2\xb7 Experienced in an international, matrixed organization\xc2\xb7 Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and with tight deadlines\xc2\xb7 Strong work ethic with hands on approach\xc2\xb7 High \'Say:Do\' ratio\xc2\xb7 Flexible, dynamic, and open to rapid change\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial peopleAbout UsThe world is changing.
