• Team Lead to process & monitor collections from customers, process debit notes, credit notes, refunds & rebates, as well as processing payables on timely basis.
• Report on overdue invoices, generate reminders for overdue accounts and follow up on collections with customers.
• Provide updates to manager & US Finance team on delay in collections, AR disputes, & determine next course of action to speed resolution and collection
• Responsible for sales revenue accounting in accordance with the corporate\'s revenue recognition policies
• Prepare weekly bank receipts and payments, as well as assist in bank reconciliation and cashflow forecast.
• Manage unapplied cash, requesting remittance advices
• Ensure timely completion of month end close duties, including Revenue finalisation, and AR/AP aging reporting.
• Assist in company\'s yearly audit and tax submission
• Responsible to maintain updates on inter-company transactions.
• Implement effective work process and able to advise improvement on internal control system.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA /CPA)
• Min. 2 years and above experience leading a team
• Min. 5 years experiences in handling AR/AP transactions
• Possess solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Possesses an analytical mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office application will be preferred
• Experience in Audit is an added advantage
• Knowledge of ERP System is an added advantage
• Preferably with ability to commence within 1 month
• Preferably with at least 2 years experiences in audit or manufacturing industries
