Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts for a group of companies.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions and monthly accounts closing.
• Responsible for the Account Receivable & Account Payable on daily operations
• Perform bank and other reconciliations, and prepare audit schedules and fixed assets register.
• Responsible for preparation of purchase journal and payment in a timely manner.
• Preparing and updating the weekly cash flow projection.
• Liaising with bankers and company secretary
• Preparation and circulation of documents for signing.
• Liaising with lawyers with regard to credit recovery.
• Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time
