s:

-Responsible to ensure that the tenancy billing function are carried out efficiently and effectively.
-To respond to tenants\' request for the all enquiries.
-Liaise with credit control, tenancy management team on billing & collection matters.
-Prepare Monthly Performance Report and explanation of variances.
-Ensure the clearance of outstanding for inter-company reconciliation, balance sheet GL, bank reconciliation are performed on time.
-Prepare SST, WHT and tax return.
-Review operation annual budget.
-Liaise with internal/external auditor and authorities.
-Prepare various quarterly reports for submission.
-Reports to Finance Assistant Manager/ Finance Manager on any exception found on internal control procedures for income audit.
-Conduct annual stock take and asset verification.
-Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements:

-Degree in Accounting or with ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW qualification.
-Must have minimum 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in accounting.
-Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
-Knowledge in SAP accounting software will be an advantage.
-Able to lead, manage and supervise the accounting function of a team of accounting staff.
-Able to work under minimum supervision, self-starter and pro-active.
-Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
