Job Responsibilities

Oversee all core functions expected of a Chief Financial Officer, including treasury management, accounting operations, finance personnel oversight, and system governance. Establish and strengthen internal controls, corporate governance frameworks, and effective financial processes. Manage all risk management functions and provide oversight for internal and external audit activities. Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (direct and indirect), including strategic tax planning initiatives. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial and management reports to support decision-making. Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and professional development. Oversee cross-border financial activities and support business expansion initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint-venture projects. Stay updated with MFRS and MPERS standards and ensure proper implementation across the organization. Provide oversight of financial performance for all Medilux operating units and its related companies. Lead the continuous evaluation of short-term and long-term financial strategies to ensure alignment with company goals. Maintain strong staff morale and motivation within the finance team; conduct regular team meetings to address issues, encourage collaboration, and drive performance. Act as a role model within the department by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a quality-driven approach in all tasks.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
