• Position Title: Senior Finance Manager.
• Salary: 16000-20000.
• Job location: Kuala Lumpur (Cheras; 5 working-day week).

This is a leading well established and renowned property development and management company with substantial mixed development projects across the country. Due to business expansion and internal promotion, a vacancy on permanent basis has arisen for the position of Senior Finance Manager within the property development division.
About the job role
Report directly to the Financial Controller. You will be well versed in all aspects of finance and have experience managing in an ever changing agile business.
The role will be responsible for overall financial management of companies majoring in property development portfolio.
Specific scope of responsibilities include:

• Manage, negotiate/arrange banking facilities for funding need for property development projects and manage cash flow.
• Manage and maintain/coordinate for the property project reports, revenue and cost recognition working for monthly closing purpose in compliance to MFRS and Tax requirements and tax reporting.
• Oversee and participate in project feasibility study/land bank evaluation and due diligence on potential investment and development projects.
• Manage and coordinate in statutory audit with external auditor.
• Manage monthly reporting/closing and coordinate for HQ reporting.
• Manage resource planning and provide guidance for staff training.

The person
To be successful in this senior role, candidate must have demonstrated experience and track record of having thrived in a complex property business organization. In this respect, candidate should possess accounting qualification, either a Bachelor degree or ACCA/CIMA coupled with the mandatory necessary experience in the property development and/or construction sector/industry.
A significant experience of at least 8-10 years in a similar financial portfolio role of which 3-5 years at management level will be looked upon very favorably.
Possess excellent communication skills (English, BM and Chinese/Mandarin)
