What will your role be?

• Process payments to affiliate partners, and record in both accounting and platform system in a timely and accurate manner

• Process invoices from other vendors and ensure that all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues or discrepancies

• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

• Update and analysis affiliate partners drawdown request and monthly report

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations related to accounts payable and payments

• Support in other finance operations functions as needed

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function

• The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a related field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy are essential for this role.
• Demonstrate a strong working ethic, integrity and accountability attitude in their approach to the job.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data are also key to success in this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with a focus on collaborative work across departments.
• Experience in processing overseas payments, and familiarity with international payment systems and regulations, will be an advantage.
