KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of timely and accurate reports to support budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities Provide insightful, timely and value-added input on key financial results Drive any process improvement initiatives (eg. Automation, streamlining) Develop business models to support decision making Support the month end closing activities EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Minimum 4 years of experience Strong and quick learner Strong analytical skills with logical business acumen Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must Experience in working with large data sets Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication skills Ability to handle key stakeholders ranging from C-suite level executives, heads of departments and others.
