Department Overview A full-suite of Financial Planning and Analysis team support APAC financial analysis and forecasting. The team works independently with International FP&A, country controllers and business accounting team across APAC region.



The key responsibilities are, amongst others, as follows:-

Responsible for S&S FP&A for APAC, including but not limited to, financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and ad-hoc support;

Perform monthly financial close with analysis on the financial performance of S&S business;

Responsible for regional S&S Operations Deck - COSD and other reporting for S&S International

Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Regional S&S Controller, Country Controllers, Sales Ops team and business accounting team to develop and drive impactful strategic initiatives to scale S&S business in Asia Pacific;

Conduct deep analytics to uncover new business insights, drive recommendations and lead process improvements initiatives to deliver class-leading support to relevant stakeholders.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college with ACCA/CPA qualification or similar

At least 5 years of relevant experience gained within established Multinational Companies

Ability to work independently, able to manage tasks with high complexities and comfortable with ambiguity

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good time and task management skills, ability to work under time pressure

Challenge status quo mindset, "Can-do" attitude, energy and enthusiasm

Excellent Excel skills

Travel Requirements Under 10%
