Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
professional to support our global finance team. This role is responsible fordata-driven financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic modeling
within a complex, global organization. You will work closely with service managers worldwide, providing insights that drive informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the company's
Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, and Forecasting
processes. Preparemonthly and quarterly financial packages
and ensure reporting accuracy. Support theForecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
, andLong-Range Plan (LRP)
processes usingHyperion Planning
. Assist withmonth-end closing
and financial consolidation procedures. Provide analytical and reporting support to finance teams globally. Maintaindocumentation and procedures
to support financial systems and reporting requirements. Trackrestructuring savings, expenses, capital expenditures
, andworking capital
. Lead and collaborate onad hoc financial projects
as required.Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in
Finance, Accounting, Information Science
, or a related discipline. ProvenFinancial Planning & Analysis experience
, preferably in aglobal or manufacturing environment
. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel
andPowerPoint
; experience withHyperion Planning
andSmartView
is an advantage. Experience withOracle
andERP systems
preferred. Ability to blendfinancial acumen
withtechnical logic
to improve reporting and processes.Skills & Attributes

Hybrid role
based in a professional office environment. May require flexible working hours to collaborate with global teams (US, EU, Asia). Typical office setup with standard equipment and moderate physical activity.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,390.00 - RM10,720.00 per month
