• The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areas - looking to make an impact by implementing strong financial planning and analysis.
• The candidate will be \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d; Key tools used: Hyperion and Excel.

• Interact with plant FAs(Located in China, India and Thailand), operations and functions to ensure forecasts are appropriate.
• Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual financial budget and 5 years LRP for Asia surface segment plants
• Perform standard analyses on volume, revenue, OI, free cash flow, capital spending, function savings etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making
• Establish and maintain key operational reports
• Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed
• Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics.
• Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred.
• 5+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry/ MNC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking.
• Strong P&L Logic.
