Job Purpose oTo promote and professionally sell a wide range of Bancassurance products to the Bank's mass and mass affluent customers.

• To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.

• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales services.

• To work closely with Preferred Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers for referral on potential affluent customers.

• To plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.

• To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.

• To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the region target."

Key Product Bancassurance
Key Responsibility
Sales Planning o To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products to the Bank's existing and potential customers.

• To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer need.

• To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.

• To plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.

• To act promptly on all leads and follow-up activities.

• To acquire good knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market.

• To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.

• Manage sales pipeline by participating in sales management routines.

• Keeping abreast with accurate and updated information on products, services etc.

• Participate in CPD activites to increase knowledge and skills.

• Update branch managers on status of activites and any issues when necessary."

Sales Execution "o To actively market and sell Sunlife products to all customer

• Actively involve in cross-product sales activities of to ensure optimal customer reach, product exposure and effective operations that optimize delivery to customer.

• Ensuring successfullness of all relevant sales campaign."

Customer Relations "o Handles custemer inquiries diligently, resolve of excalate the necessary to the relevant parties.

• Refer customer to the relevant officers sales person for other products and services.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the respective parties where necessary.

• Develop and build long term business relationship with customers."

Compliance "o To ensure the completeness and accurateness of customer's documents and information for sales execution and submission

• To perform housekeeping on business documentation efficiently. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information.

• To submit the necessary to the relevants parties and follow-up on timely manner.

• To strictly comply to the CIMB Bank's policies and procedures, including credit control procedures, audit compliance, BNM Guidelines etc.

• To comply with sales code of ethics and governance.

• To response to compliance enquires both from vertical and horizontals as well as audit etc."

People Management "o To promote and encourage teamwork by: - Providing assistance to colleagues, branch lead generators, supervisors etc.

• Sharing knowledge and new ideas to the team.

• Maintaining conducive and professional working relationship with team and customers.

• To project a professional business image at all times through high standards of housekeeping and personal grooming."

Qualification 1. Fresh graduate
2. Minimum a diploma / degree in any field.
3. Minimum STPM / SPM (must obtain credit either in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin and Mathematics)"
Education Degree in any discipline
Skill "1. Good networing skills, customer focus, cofident, proactive, and result oriented
2. Excellent communication skills, profficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is preferable but optional
3. Good business ettiquette and image
4. Computer literate (e.g basic microsoft office)"
