Responsibilities

Perform and support flow assurance analyses and studies for offshore and deepwater projects. Address flow assurance challenges including hydrates, wax, asphaltenes, scale, corrosion, erosion, and slugging. Provide flow assurance input during concept selection, FEED, detailed design, and execution phases. Support specialist studies related to transient operations, start-up, shutdown, and upset conditions. Assist in the development and review of operating philosophies, procedures, and flow assurance management plans. Provide technical support to operations for troubleshooting and production optimization. Interface with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver integrated engineering solutions. Review technical deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior engineers.

Requirement

Possess at least a recognized Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Registered Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) for local candidates. Minimum 10 years of relevant flow assurance experience in the oil and gas industry. At least 5 years of experience relevant to the work scope. Minimum 5 years of experience in deepwater projects or specialist flow assurance studies. Strong understanding of offshore and deepwater production systems. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM99,999.00 per month
