Company Description ICE - Diesel Engine Rebuild Team Role Description This is a hybrid Senior Foreman role located in Kuantan, Malaysia and offering flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Foreman, you will oversee and manage day-to-day construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for leading and supervising teams of construction workers, ensuring that health and safety requirements are met, and collaborating effectively with clients, engineers, and architects. This is a contract role. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Foreman or similar role Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in team management Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively Experience in planning and scheduling, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field Experience in construction projects for power plants, electrical systems, or infrastructure will be an advantage Familiarity with local regulations and codes will be appreciated
