We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of front-end components for our web and mobile applications, as well as collaborating with our design and development teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

You will play an important role in:

• Lead the development of front-end components for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with our design team to ensure the front-end components match the design specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
• Develop new user-facing features.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Develop and build well-optimized fully responsive websites, ensuring user experience, cross-browser and cross-device usability is always taken into consideration.
• Determine the structure (of the site) striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work with designers, administrators, project managers, and programmers to develop efficient results.
• Develop strategies to promote the adherence to company regulations and performance goals among team members.
• Prioritize urgent tasks to ensure on-time, quality delivery of applications based on the project timeline.
• Be an excellent team leader in delegating responsibilities, cultivating open communication, overseeing the performance of team members, and providing the necessary guidance to maintain work quality and regulatory compliance.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what we need from you:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent programming, debugging, and implementation skills
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Track record of software testing and/or development projects
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to isolate problem/defect areas
• Experience with mobile development using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
• Proficient in automated build tools such as Webpack
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead
• Fluency in reading and writing Chinese
• Knowledge and experience in other related fields is an added advantage
• Strong dependability at work to conduct self-research in spite of direct project oversight
