Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide development teams, both internal and external.
• Improve and advance the portfolio of content supply applications and services.
• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the software stack.
• Resolve complex software issues by identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
• Stay updated on new technologies and vendor packages, providing recommendations.
• Assist with task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
• Mentor Software Engineers through guidance, coaching, training, and code reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, establish best practices, and develop new processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management to achieve shared objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Extensive experience in Node.js/TypeScript, React.js, AWS (Cloud technologies), and Distributed Systems.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing web and mobile applications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex technological issues.
• Advanced knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
