Senior Full Stack Engineer (Web & Mobile)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Ownership:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our robust, scalable web and mobile applications.

Frontend Excellence:

Craft beautiful, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern React.js, with a relentless focus on user experience.

Backend & API Development:

Architect and develop high-performance back-end services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.

Mobile-First Development:

Spearhead the development of our cross-platform mobile applications (we prefer React Native, but value expertise in Flutter, iOS, or Android).

Performance & Scalability:

Optimize applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability to serve a growing global user base.

Collaborative Execution:

Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, timely releases.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

Champion best practices in code quality, security, and testing. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate the entire team.

DevOps & Cloud:

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualifications):

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record in full-stack roles. Deep expertise in

JavaScript/TypeScript

and its modern ecosystems. Mastery of

React.js

and its core principles (Hooks, State Management with Redux/Context API). Strong back-end proficiency with

Node.js, Express.js

, and building RESTful APIs/Microservices. Solid commercial experience in

mobile development

(React Native is highly preferred; Flutter, iOS, or Android expertise is also valuable). Proficiency with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their services. A strategic problem-solver with the ability to architect and implement scalable, long-term solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams.
