Role Overview:

As a Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer at Arki, you'll work across the entire technology stack, building robust, scalable, and secure systems that power our digital wealth platform. You'll be comfortable switching between backend and frontend tasks, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality user experiences. This role is perfect for someone with broad technical skills who enjoys variety, thrives on solving problems, and brings a "jack of all trades" mindset to fintech development.

What You'll Do:

Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. Build and maintain frontend applications with React and Svelte, focusing on performance and usability. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features. Contribute to API design and integration, ensuring smooth communication between systems. Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). Apply best practices in code quality, security, and maintainability. Assist with deployment pipelines, containerisation, and cloud hosting (AWS or similar), though deep infra expertise is not the main focus. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the team. Stay up-to-date with new tools and frameworks across the stack.

About You:

10 or more years of experience in software development with exposure to both backend and frontend. Strong proficiency in TypeScript across the stack. Hands-on experience with Node.js for backend services. Skilled in building modern frontends with React and Svelte. Good understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases. Comfortable juggling different responsibilities across the stack. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
