Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fullstack Developer with expertise in .NET and ReactJS to join and lead our development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in backend and frontend technologies, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and drive the design and implementation of scalable software solutions. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate cross functionally, and play a key role in shaping the architecture and development practices of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web/mobile apps using React.js, React Native, and .NET Core, ensuring clean and efficient code. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor developers, promoting a collaborative and highperformance culture. Agile Project Management: Drive Agile practices and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. Architecture & Design: Design multi-platform front-end architecture aligned with industry standards. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, promoting best development practices. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field. Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or regulatory environments, preferably in the BFSI sector At least 3 years of hands-on experience with: React.js, React Native, Javascript / Typescript, .NET Core and backend development, MS SQL or similar relational databases
Preferred Skills:

Experience with additional front-end frameworks like Angular or Flutter. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with integration practices and backend technologies. Bonus: Membership with MBOT (Malaysia Board of Technologists).
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM9,999.00 per month
