Job Description

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print media.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Graphic Designer in the Proposal Unit at VFive Group Sdn. Bhd, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance our proposal submissions. Your work will be critical in ensuring that our proposals stand out to potential clients, effectively communicating our brand\'s strengths and values. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual presentations.

• Develop high-quality, customized design solutions for proposals, including layouts, infographics, and other visual elements that align with the company\'s branding and messaging.
• Work closely with the proposal development team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
• Ensure that all proposal materials adhere to the company\'s visual identity guidelines and maintain consistency across all documents.
• Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring that the design aligns with both the strategic goals of the proposal and the overall brand.
• Collaborate with content creators to enhance written content with appropriate visual elements, improving overall clarity and impact.
• Review all design work before final submission to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies that can be applied to proposal design, ensuring that our submissions remain competitive and innovative.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks if required by the Management.
