About the role Responsible for applying a diverse skillset to a hybrid role of managing all aspects of marketing communications projects, from client intake through production as well as graphic design execution on strategic projects for a 6B Food and Beverage Global Leader. Leverages expertise in creative strategy and development, asset production, and project management to ensure all projects are on brief, on time and on budget with graphic design skills to contribute to execution on a 50/50 basis. Key responsibilities Liaise with the Global Creative, Digital Enablement, and Marketing Operations teams to discuss projects. Manage projects/timelines through Workfront, supporting the Global Traffic Manager in admin duties. Support Global Brand governance through effective use of Workfront Project Management Platform, completing Workfront Admin training. Evaluate Workfront stakeholder experience and deliver continuous improvement for requestors. Support global digital asset management system (DAM), completing Acquia admin training. Interpret a brief, develop from concept to final graphics, ensuring complete project request information and supporting materials. Assign projects to designers based on experience, bandwidth and ability to deliver on time and ensure layouts are meet brief objectives are aesthetically appealing, on-brand, and are developed using appropriate design software platform. Demonstrate strong creative and layout skills, with expert knowledge in typography, image and colour. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to design team, upholding brand guidelines. Qualifications and skills Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a similar field. Five years+ experience with multiple graphic outputs including traditional collateral design, digital design and interactive design. Natural talent for design and attention to detail. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat). Experience with project management systems like Workfront, Mondays.com, Jira, or Asana. Self-motivation and ability to pivot as a team player. Problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to work on several projects, concurrently to effectively meet deadlines. Strong portfolio with a variety of samples that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail and knowledge of creative software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in verbal and written English. Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
