Job Description

• Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Advanced certifications or courses in branding and design are a plus.
• At least 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates expertise in branding, POSM, and various design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Understanding of printing processes, materials, and production for POSM will be advantages.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Brand Identity Development: Create and develop comprehensive brand guidelines, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements to ensure a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Point of Sale Materials (POSM) Design: Design various POSM materials such as posters, banners, shelf talkers, wobblers, and display stands to enhance product visibility and brand presence in retail environments.
• Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets for campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand\'s visual identity and messaging.
• Digital and Social Media Assets: Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Brand Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute branding campaigns that effectively communicate the brand\'s message and values.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed within budget. Coordinate with other departments and external vendors as needed.
• Supplier communication: Liaise with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and ensure the delivery of high-quality printed designs.
