Job Description

• At least 3 years experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
• Have a certificate, diploma or Degree in Graphic designer / Multimedia or related
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premiere Pro
• Experience in video editing and production software
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, IG, XHS, TikTok) and trends
• Good eye for detail, design aesthetics, trend beauty/fashion design sense
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital content
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly productive, focused and efficient with excellent time-management skills
• Compulsory proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin
• 5 days work week (location: Emporis Kota Damansara)

ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

• Responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, xhs and TikTok
• Responsible to create compelling visuals and videos that align with our brand identity and capture the attention of our target audience
• Managing and maintaining our social media presence
• Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques / industry best practices to maximize efficiency
• Analyzing the performance of our digital content
• Prepare and analyze digital marketing report on timely basis
• Any other ad-hoc task as required by superior
