At Mantra, you\'ll be working on a wide range of web-related projects, including websites, mobile apps, banner campaigns and social media content. Responsibilities Developing design and planning site architecture, user interface and wireframes for websites and web/mobile applications.- Creating social media content that\'s engaging, shareable and conversation-worthy (images, edited photos, short form infographics etc.)- Involvement in campaign planning strategies by offering conceptual and achievable design solutions.- Ensuring the creative work is accurately delivered according to briefs.- Understanding the client\'s brands, marketing strategies and industry.- Managing time and workflow efficiently so that task completions are on schedule. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a strong bonus.- Minimum 4 years of experience in an ADVERTISING or DIGITAL agency and a good portfolio.- An excellent sense of design, typography, layout and colour composition.- Good understanding of User Experience principles for Web and Mobile frameworks, - especially in responsive design.- Passion for the creative process and a good understanding of the industry.- Responsible, with good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.- Able to work in a team, to lead projects when necessary.- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
