OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE Coordinates people resources & visual activity to deliver the sales plan through consistent execution of the Marks & Spencer brand promoting deals and offers and taking the opportunity to upsell with each customer interaction. WHAT YOU WILL DO Oversee all in-store d cor marketing artworks and materials of the stores, eye, buy & high-level navigation, promos and food (except for store design d cor and signage aspect). Ensure d cor is procured when appropriate & implement in line with d cor policy & guidelines. Work closely with marketing team to tie up the external marketing, promo calendar the in-store d cor customer journey. Work closely with food team d cor food requirements promo and non-promo d cor with the exemption of Food store design aspects. Work closely with the Buying & Marketing team to produce the seasonal high-level matrix. Relevant to this is a regular check to the international website of new phase images and update/communicate the matrix accordingly to the stores. Have the awareness of present competitor\'s activity in terms of in-store d cor marketing and to ensure our in-store d cor formats are both commercially & visually competitive. Provides feedback to the Head of Visual Merchandising for any photographic UK shots. Examples, image color/design vs actual product, assets availability, local requirements, etc. Responsible for ordering the entire eye, high, level navigational d cor pack for new store openings and modernizations. Keep a track of all high & buy level count of the stores set per season and should ensure visual department managers follow the correct d cor ordering. Provides all ordering templates to be used by the entire region. Ensures all sales driver initiatives & innovations have the latest scheme agreed. Forecast and present for approval to the Head of Visual Merchandising the seasonal d cor requirements cost of the stores. Manage the Visual Merchandising coordination office support to ensure a well - planned window and in-store d cor installation timetable set for the entire Region prior to the launch. Prepares and complete artworks by operating typesetting, printing and purchasing to the local vendors after obtaining approval from the Head of Visual Merchandising. Helps complete the projects by liaising with the Visual Merchandising Managers the confirmed artworks ready for printing so for them to facilitate dates, permit requirements and store communications. Provides all ordering templates to be used by the entire region along-side with the Visual Merchandising team. Forecast and present for approval to the Head of Visual Merchandising the seasonal d cor requirements cost of the stores. Manage a well - planned window and in-store d cor installation time table set for the entire Region prior to the launch. Keeps up-to-date with trends and competitor activity regarding Visual Merchandising. Thorough understanding of the Marks & Spencer brand and ensures it is executed to the highest standards. Has a good awareness of trends and competitor activity regarding layout, styling and offers. Maximizes sales through the coordination and implementation of deals and offers, events and seasonal launches. Supports the Visual Managers with implementing the sales action plan. Supports Marketing team on visual needs on ATL, BTL and events. WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field. Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. Required skill(s) : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Creative and willing to adapt in a fast paced environment. Must be able to conceptualize creative and effective advertising ideas for both ATL & BTL projects. Able to work under pressure, with good time management skills. Excellent with Mac Software. Self-motivated and passionate about your work. A good team player with good working attitude.
