Responsibilities: Decide on how to translate messages and ideas into visual Assist with the selection of design elements such as fonts, colours, and images for layouts Develop design guidelines and supervise design modifications throughout the development process Create visual communications across print, web and digital platforms Able to express creativity and concept developments by utilizing a wide range of media and computer-aided designs to produce high-quality artworks to elevate brand awareness to targeted market segment Plan, execute and monitor A&P strategies provided across all online and offline platforms such as social media, website, e-commerce, and others Assist to create and write content for social media posts and stories Manage, maintain, and ensure branding structures are consistent across all design projects Participate in brainstorming exercises with cross-functional teams to develop ideas Analyse latest developments and industry trends of new innovations, explore new design frontiers, latest advertising, assist brands in optimising their creative and digital efforts and initiatives Make modifications to designs after presenting them to the Manager Meet with other teams and listen to their needs and requirements to produce the required designs Produce Brand & Creative related report to be presented to the management Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management Requirements: Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design or other related disciplines Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or other related roles in F&B industry Must provide portfolio of completed design projects Proficient in using design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, and other equivalent illustration tools) Excellent knowledge in web design and html would be an added advantage Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts Attention to visual details with strong graphic conceptualization skills Strong leadership, excellent presentation, communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Possess own transport and willing to travel Benefits Career Growth Opportunity Medical & Leave Benefits EPF, SOCSO & EIS RM350 Purchase Credit Feel free to email your updated resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] for further discussion ;) #hiring #graphicdesigner #design #graphic #visual #creative #jobopportunity #jobopening #jobinmalaysia #jobinglenmarie #jobinshahalam
