We are a profitable and growing technology company. Your role is to be a HR Generalist to help us achieve excellent people operations, and to assist in general administration. You shall work closely with senior management to develop and manage HR processes. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of good HR processes Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview processes Support effective employee onboarding and handle offboarding Run and monitor our performance management systems (using HR software such as Lattice) Manage employee training and development programs Assist in managing compensation and benefits Assist in maintaining HR records Monitor employee happiness Handle employee disputes, if any Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and employment laws Collaborate with various stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives Assist in other company administrative tasks as directed Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field At least 3 years of experience as a HR generalist or in a related role Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be a Malaysian citizen or Malaysian PR Benefits Good opportunities for professional growth and career advancement as company is growing Chalk up valuable experience and insights in the tech industry Meaningful work to help build the people that are solving big cybersecurity problems Hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Easy commute as office is next to Universiti LRT station 18 days annual leave
