JOB SCOPERole : Senior HR Business PartnerWe are seeking dynamic & innovative individuals who have the drive to make a difference & are fueled to succeed!Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as the HR Business Partner playing the role as a strategic business partner undertaking the whole HR spectrum.
  • Idealize, plan and lead implementation of employee engagement and people initiatives.
  • Design, implement and keep evergreen HR policies, programs and guidelines.
  • Design and lead the end-to-end Total Performance Management system including mid-year and annual performance review cycles, management of performance improvement programs.
  • Advisor to Companys employees social committees.
  • Design and lead execution of employee feedback tools.
  • Support other HR-related initiatives as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business with CGPA at least 3.00 or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 7 years experience in the HR field with strong experience in the design and framework of the whole HR spectrum especially in HR Policy, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Organization Development.
  • Excellent interpersonal especially social communication skills with a strong desire for people development.
  • Experience as a HR Business Partner will be an added advantage.
  • Result-oriented, initiative-driven, dynamic, energetic, and outgoing personality.
