Senior HR Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances, conduct investigations when necessary, and ensure a positive work environment aligned with company culture.
Performance Management:
Support the performance review process, guide managers and employees on goal setting, appraisals, and feedback systems.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws; communicate policies clearly to employees.
Training & Development:
Assist in identifying training needs, coordinating learning sessions, and tracking employee development plans.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee documentation, track attendance and leave, and assist in payroll coordination.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards. Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Employee Engagement:
Organize events and activities that promote employee motivation, wellness, and team collaboration.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
