Job Description

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure workforce readiness.o Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies. Organize and deliver onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new employees. Coordinate with external recruiters for international hiring, with a focus on the Asia region. Employee Relations Serve as a trusted HR advisor, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts with fairness and consistency. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the organization's values and goals. Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting and performance improvement plans. Track and analyze performance data to recommend strategies that enhance employee productivity. Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational and legal standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001:2002 standards, the Malaysian Employment Act, and internal HR policies. Recommend best practices to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency. Identify training needs and partner with internal/external providers to deliver impactful learning programs. Support career development initiatives that enhance employees' skills, growth, and leadership potential. Assist in administering payroll, compensation structures, and employee benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations to ensure competitive compensation packages. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, job satisfaction, and retention. Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements to reduce turnover rates. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events and company outings. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision making. Monitor trends in recruitment, attrition, engagement, and performance to propose improvements. Support management with ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in human resources. Possess good computer literacy with office and HR related tools (MS Office and payroll applications). You must have your own transportation and be willing to commute to work in Ara Damansara. Independent, strong and willing to work alone within the department. Familiar with Malaysia labour laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks. Strong communication skills through phone, e-mail and in-person.o Responsible, trustworthy and possess the right attitude and aptitude to learnand improve company HR processes.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
