The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring HR processes support organizational goals and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and retention.
3. Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Support managers in conducting appraisals and maintaining performance records.
4. Learning & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Organize internal/external training programs and track learning outcomes.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Manage HR policies, documentation, and HRIS systems.
6. Payroll Coordination
Collate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
4-7 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization).
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations required.
Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.
