. The role focuses on developing strategies to attract, retain, and grow talent while promoting a strong organizational culture and employer brand. The ideal candidate will have creative ideas, strong people skills, and the ability to partner closely with management and universities to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Management & Development
Identify talent gaps and implement initiatives for talent attraction, development, and retention.
Coordinate performance management and succession planning processes.
Support leadership development and competency-building programs.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and manage HRDC-claimable programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications to enhance workplace culture.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to drive engagement strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
Support initiatives related to diversity, well-being, and work-life balance.
Employer Branding & University Engagement
Strengthen the company's employer brand through creative campaigns, social media, and career platforms.
Manage university and campus engagement programs including career fairs, internships, and collaborations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and student organizations.
Coordinate internship programs and ensure meaningful learning experiences for interns.
General HR Support
Support HR policies, onboarding, and other people-related processes.
Provide advice and guidance on HR initiatives to employees and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of HR experience
, with strong exposure in talent management, engagement, or branding.
Familiar with employer branding strategies, social media outreach, and campus relations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage all levels.
Creative, energetic, and passionate about people development and culture building.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
