Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business Studies or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years working experience in related field is essential.
Preferably with AutoCount Payroll experience.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and its practices.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, flexible;
Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for full spectrum of HR operations from recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence.
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding and employee termination process
Payroll and benefits administration
Talent engagement, training and performance management
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, legal responsibilities under Malaysian Labour Laws
