Senior Hr Executive

Job Description

Leads and coordinates a wide range of HR functions across all F&B outlets and HQ, ensuring HR practices support business needs and comply with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and job offers. Assist in onboarding of new employees including documentation, orientation, and system setup. Handle recruitment and documentation processes for foreign workers, including permit applications, renewals, and liaising with relevant authorities.

2. Foreign Worker Management



Ensure compliance with immigration laws, work permits, and visa requirements. Coordinate arrival, accommodation, medical check-ups, and renewals for foreign workers. Maintain and update records for foreign worker status and documentation.

3. Payroll & HR Administration



Assist in monthly payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, and deductions. Handle employee attendance, leave management, and related documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and databases. Support in handling statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.) and HR compliance matters.

4. Training & Development



Coordinate employee training programs and workshops. Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness. Support development initiatives aligned with employee growth and performance goals.

5. General HR Functions



Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Assist in performance appraisal processes and disciplinary matters when required. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices. Prepare periodic HR reports and assist in audits.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least

2-3 years of experience

in an HR role. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Ability to work in fast paced environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
