About the Role

SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn. Bhd., is part of a global group headquartered in China, specializes in the design and manufacture of automotive seating motors for leading car manufacturers worldwide. We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and training & KPI initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

HR Administration & Recruitment - Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth documentation and compliance. Employee Records & Compliance - Maintain accurate personnel files, stay updated on labor laws, and ensure HR practices comply with regulations and company policies. Communication & Employee Relations - Handle employee communications and support HR matters, including announcements, inquiries, and basic employee relations issues. Training & Development - Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate training plans and sessions, manage training records, and evaluate training effectiveness. Performance & KPI Management - Support performance management by coordinating reviews, tracking metrics, and working with departments to set KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight areas for improvement."

Requirements Must-have

At least 5 years' experience in recruitment and HR. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders).

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
