Job Description
End to end payroll management for Luxury Prudence employees
Assist in managing typhoid jabs, Food Handler Training, locker keys and uniform (safety boots and t-shirts) records and arragements
HR advisory for all employees situated in Subang Hi-Tech
Managing and updating HR2000 system for Luxury Prudence employees
Preparation of all confidential HR correspondence which includes employment, salary increment, disciplinary letters
Management of time attendance system which includes troubleshooting facial recognition, access door and access card issues
Update and maintain medical and insurance records to respective insurer and to process any claims by employee to insurer
Calculation of incentives for Operations Outbound
Overall canteen management includes sourcing for operator and rental collection
Conduct HR2000 systems training for new employees
Salary and incentive distribution to employees
Assist in the management of hostel
Work Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Admin or other relevant fields Proven experience as a HR Generalist at least 3-4 years of working experience Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
