Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and reflect current best practices; maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
Support change management, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Manage HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Mentor and supervise HR team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative HR function.
Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Oversee salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
