Job Description


Job Summary
To ensure smooth execution of the full spectrum of employee work cycle, from recruitment, learning & development, performance management system, compensation & benefits, employee relations up to exiting. Scope of Work 1. Recruitment

  • Support the recruitment and selection process by being the main liaison to the Head of Unit (HoU) / Head of Department (HoD) for their recruiting needs;
  • Monitoring the headcounts and placing job advertisements when necessary;
  • Conducting preliminary screening from job applications and arranging for interviews;
2. Training & Development
  • Support the training requisition from staff with training registration, preparing Approval Memo, acquiring the Tax Invoice, preparing Request for Payment, and acquiring the relevant Payment Receipt;
  • Monitor the training budget, and training hours for all staff.
3. Compensation & Benefits
  • Prepare monthly payroll report (changes)
  • Handle staff insurance claims and queries;
  • Administer all leave benefits and claims;
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects;
  • Liaise with insurance vendors for staff insurance matters.
4. Employee Relations
  • Coordinate staff orientation;
  • Coordinate and execute company events and activities that promote overall staff well-being and professional development;
  • Advise staff on the prevailing HR policies and procedures;
  • Liaise with Government Agencies such as MOHR, JTK, EPF, SOCSO, Zakat, MEF and etc. to meet legislations and regulations.
5. Performance Management System
  • Assist in staff performance appraisal exercise, from KPI setting, verification of data, to arrangement of appraisal meetings;
  • Update confirmed performance rating into the HRIS system;
  • Ensure that all staff follow the KPI submission timeline.
7. General Administration
  • Administer HRIS to manage access rights and module settings, as well as to update records;
  • Update monthly HR budget utilization
  • Monitor employees attendance / working arrangements and prepare monthly reports
  • Monitor and administer career progression including contract renewals, headship appointments, confirmation etc.;
  • Prepare contracts and monitor expiry of contracts to ensure timely renewal;
  • Ensure proper documentation of all employment;
  • Assist in the review of HR policies and procedures;
  • Review HR checklists and forms;
  • Attend meetings on behalf of HOU when deemed neccessary
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Required)
Experience:
  • HR generalist: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • Driving license (Required)
