Job Description

Job Purpose:



The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR department across recruitment, training, and generalist functions (excluding payroll and leave management). The role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent and driving training initiatives through gap analysis, program coordination, and performance monitoring in collaboration with supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with the Senior HR Manager and HODs to support manpower planning and define hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and follow-up on integration within departments. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Training & Development

Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skills and knowledge gaps across departments. Work with HODs and supervisors to design, coordinate, and implement training programs (internal or external). Liaise with training providers, prepare training materials, and ensure training sessions run effectively. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collecting feedback and assessing post-training performance in collaboration with immediate supervisors. Maintain updated training records and prepare periodic training reports for management review.
HR Generalist Support

Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to. Assist in drafting and maintaining HR documentation, including job descriptions and training guides. Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the Senior HR Manager. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and company information.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to talent acquisition and training & development. Prior experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR executive with recruitment responsibilities will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels. Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office applications

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
