-Provide strategic HR advisory support to the various functional heads and people managers.
-Develop and implement systems, policies, processes, and procedures that provide value-added business solutions that support elevated levels of employee engagement, productivity, service and operational performance and quality output to customers.
-Implement HR initiatives and programmes in the areas of workforce planning, performance management, talent management & succession planning to support business growth and objectives.
-Oversee recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement & handle grievance matters accordingly.
-Manage the annual HR operating cycles for company-wide employee cost budgeting, merit reviews, bonus pay-outs etc.
-Provide coaching to line managers to augment their effectiveness as leaders.
-Monitor and review employee engagement/satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
-Provide advice to line managers on remuneration and benefits philosophy and market practices to support overall business goals and local needs.
-Lead HR communications \xe2\x80\x93 both in writing and presentation, ranging from policies, training materials to employee communications.
-Be a valued contributor to regional HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements
-Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or related field of study
-At least 5-8 years of relevant experience, and has managed a HR function with end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of HR.
-Solid HR Business Partnering experience handling the full spectrum of HR in terms of recruitment, personnel cost budgets, workforce planning, talent management, learning & development, total rewards implementation and change management.
-Solid foundation in HR Operations with a proven record of accomplishment in process optimisation and simplification.
-A keen sense of integrity, initiative, motivation, and drive, with a proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managers in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English and computer literacy across corporate systems, including MS Office.
-Proven ability to develop value-added partnerships with executives and management.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Possess exacting standards and ethics.
