Familiar with
ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audit preparation

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems (Info-Tech experience is a plus).

English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle statutory contributions (
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp
) and related submissions.
Foreign Worker Management
Process and
renew foreign worker permits (PLKS)
,
insurance (FWHS/FWCS)
, and
FOMEMA
medical check-ups.
Liaise with
Immigration Department, KDN, and related agencies
for documentation and approvals.
Maintain updated records of all foreign workers and contract expiry timelines.
Audit & ISO 9001:2015
Maintain and update HR documentation, SOPs, and controlled records for ISO compliance.
Coordinate with auditors during
internal/external audits
and assist with corrective action plans.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, payroll variance, and recruitment status.
Support performance appraisals, confirmation, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure employee files and HR records are updated and confidential.
Any ad hoc assignments as required by superior.
