Job Description

Job Purpose:

Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing human resources functions while also playing a pivotal role in developing and executing employee training and development programs. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for fostering employee growth and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Onboarding & Readiness

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/offboarding.

2. Staff Retention & Engagement

- Arrange Meetings, Teambuilding and Staff Gathering.

- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

3. Policy Compliance & Disciplinary Management

- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation.

4. Training & Development

- Collaborate with managers to facilitate employee performance evaluations and career development plans.

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall job performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

- Proven experience in human resources, preferably with exposure to training and development.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.

- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
