Provide operational support for transformative HR initiatives including organizational design, cost optimization, pandemic crisis, talent management and performance management
Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process
Develop candidate database and continuously manage internal pipeline of job applicants
Conduct orientation program to smoothly integrates new employee into the organization and foster a positive attitude toward company's core value, vision, and mission
Coordinate and liaises with training providers on employees training needs to ensure workforce competency though continuous learning & improvement
Manage HRDF fund including training registration, grant application, claim submission, track & monitor HRDF to achieve maximum utilization of HRDF and reports preparation
Manage and support performance management cycle process, core & functional competencies development, KPI implementation, and OKR implementation
Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build TH employer branding, which including on-site career fair, hosting/delivering talks, industrial visits and etc with educational institutions
Lead and facilitate employee engagement activities & provide feedback on observations and recommends solution in relating to employee concerns where appropriate to management
Leverage social media as communication channel for developments of employer branding
Oversees the process of the defined compensation & benefits structure including claim submissions, leave management and salary adjustment administration
Participate in CSR plan implementation that promote both personal & corporate objectives
