  • Bachelor's Degrees in HR or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR professional.
  • Able to drive transformative HR projects/ initiatives across organization
  • Able to promote company culture through a demeanor of empowerment, professionalism, integrity, and continuous growth
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with HR operations & general business operations
  • Passionate in employer branding, talent acquisition and learning & development
Tanggungjawab
  • Provide operational support for transformative HR initiatives including organizational design, cost optimization, pandemic crisis, talent management and performance management
  • Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering reference checks, job offer process
  • Develop candidate database and continuously manage internal pipeline of job applicants
  • Conduct orientation program to smoothly integrates new employee into the organization and foster a positive attitude toward company's core value, vision, and mission
  • Coordinate and liaises with training providers on employees training needs to ensure workforce competency though continuous learning & improvement
  • Manage HRDF fund including training registration, grant application, claim submission, track & monitor HRDF to achieve maximum utilization of HRDF and reports preparation
  • Manage and support performance management cycle process, core & functional competencies development, KPI implementation, and OKR implementation
  • Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build TH employer branding, which including on-site career fair, hosting/delivering talks, industrial visits and etc with educational institutions
  • Lead and facilitate employee engagement activities & provide feedback on observations and recommends solution in relating to employee concerns where appropriate to management
  • Leverage social media as communication channel for developments of employer branding
  • Oversees the process of the defined compensation & benefits structure including claim submissions, leave management and salary adjustment administration
  • Participate in CSR plan implementation that promote both personal & corporate objectives
