Permanent contract Full Time Job Summary: The Senior Human Resource Executive is responsible to develop, implement and oversee policies and procedures related to employee recruitment, retention, training, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, and compliance with local and national labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
To handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions i.e. payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, and industrial relations etc.
Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including documentation and conducting orientation for new hires, as well as handling staff dismissal-related procedures.
Provide counseling and monitor employee performance, while also assisting in handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Ensure compliance with local and national labour laws and regulations
To handle general office administrative matters and upkeep of company facilities and equipment.
Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Any Ad-hoc task as per assign by the superior.
Requirements:
At least STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management/Business Studies or an equivalent field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related matters.
Knowledge of local and national labour laws and regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
