Purpose of Role:
- To manage the recruitment drive, ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind and provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
- To manage and deliver the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks. Supporting the implementation of local HR initiatives and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
Conduct orientation and facilitate onboarding program.
Plan, manage and coordinate all human resource initiatives, necessary manpower planning, recruitment and selection procedures.
Prepare monthly report for HR such as hiring, attrition, retention, HR Budget, manpower planning & etc
Develop, update and maintain all necessary HR policies, procedures, HR Programs and information systems to ensure that the Company has all the information required for effective resource planning and management and regulatory compliance.
Responsible for review, development and implement of HR systems (Workday).
Ensuring the implementation of company policy, SOP, rules and regulations and monitor compliance
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
At least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Background in manufacturing would be an advantage.
Having knowledge in Workday system usage will be advantage.
Possess good interpersonal skill, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
