Maintain and update

Handle
payroll processing
and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Assist in
performance appraisal
and monitoring employee performance.
Support the development and implementation of
HR policies and procedures
.
Coordinate
training and development programs
for staff.
Manage
employee relations
, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with
Malaysia Employment Act
and other relevant regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave reports for management review.
Participate in HR projects or initiatives to improve HR efficiency and staff engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience
in HR functions.
Good knowledge of
Malaysia Employment Act
and statutory requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and HR software.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
